3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup (2 medium) mashed ripe bananas
1/3 cup of milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Heat oven to 350. Only grease the bottom of 9x5 or 8x4 loaf pan. In large bowl cream sugar and butter
until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, blend in bananas, milk and vanilla. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
Mix well and add to creamed mixture, stir just until dry ingredients are moist. Bake for 55 minutes. Cool in pan 5 minutes.
Then remove and cool completely on wire rack.
