Place ice cream sandwiches on bottom of a 9x13'' pan.  Layer with Cool Whip, peanuts and fudge (and carmel, if you like).  Repeat this process then freeze.  Super easy to make and it's a nice layered desert that looks like you've spent hours working on...  Tastes great and it's fun for summer.
