1 package Amy's chicken sausage with apple and brie
1 package of puff pastry (both sheets)
Directions:
cut the sausages in half
cut the pastry sheets into 9 squares (cutting along the folds and then across)
roll the sausage halves in the puff pastry (may need to roll or stretch a smidgen to get to fit) and
seal the seam and edges
bake at 450 degrees until golden brown and serve
