1 1/2 c. flour 1 c. water
¼ c. cocoa 1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Topping:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 egg 1/8 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
Mix together all ingredients for cupcakes. Fill cupcakes to 2/3 full of batter. For
topping, blend softened cream cheese with sugar, salt, and egg. Blend well. Stir in the chocolate chips. Spoon 1
heaping teaspoon of topping onto each cupcake. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 14-18 cupcakes.
