Egg Bake

18 eggs
1 lb. ham
1 1/2 pints half and half
26-30 oz frozen hash browns
1 1/2 lb shredded cheese
1/2 cup green pepper (optional)
1/2 cup onions (optional)
Stir eggs, ham, half and half, hash browns, green pepper and onion together. Layer cheese on
top. Bake 1 hour and 45 minutes at 375 degrees in greased 9x13 pan. Cover with foil for the first hour.
